"I called Marisa the day after receiving a bad haircut elsewhere. It was shorter than I wanted and uneven besides, and Marisa offered to work me in the same day. When I arrived 20 minutes early, she sat me down straightaway and started looking at my hair and collaborating with me to decide how best to fix it to meet my needs. I appreciate that she took her time, listened to my needs, gave reasons to support the advice she offered, and validated my feelings throughout. I have thick hair, which is nice, but can be a real challenge to work with. Marisa was very much up to the task and I am happy with the results. I look forward to seeing her for my future haircuts!"

"Lori does a superb job! It’s hard to find someone that “gets” my hair but she nails it every time and does it quickly as well (I have long hair). Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After a nightmare experience at another salon that severely damaged my hair, Lori has been my savior and I’m super glad to have found her."

"Brandon fit me into his schedule on a last-minute basis back in July (I was vacationing in the area) and gave me a fantastic cut. Even now as I blow my hair dry in the morning, I still appreciate this cut. If I lived in Medford, he would be my new stylist. Thanks, Brandon, way to go!"
